Dr. Anna Nosetti is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in WA state providing personalized integrative adult primary and specialty care. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2012 with a degree in Human Physiology and Biology, she completed her doctorate degree at Bastyr University in 2018. Her goal is to restore a healthy foundation by addressing and treating underlying causes of health complaints, to balance the daily maintenance of wellbeing, to utilize the healing power of nature, and to treat the whole person using a comprehensive approach that addresses immediate and long-term wellness goals.
Dr. Nosetti uses clinical botanical medicine heavily in her practice blending age-old wisdom with current research. She emphasizes nutrition, supplementation, daily movement, reduction of environmental toxicities and physical touch to treat acute and chronic health issues of the mind, body and spirit. She offers craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, kinesiology taping, foot reflexology and trigger point therapy and believes both physical and botanical medicine help to support our daily health and happiness.
Managing her own autoimmune disease, broken bones, chronic health complaints, multiple gut infections, and acute ailments herself, Dr. Nosetti understands the importance of spending more face-to-face time with patients and the power of integrative healthcare. She believes in educating, empowering, and guiding all people in the journey to reclaim their health and optimal long-term vitality.
Outside of the office Dr. Nosetti is adjunct faculty at Bastyr University in the Botanical Medicine department teaching both future naturopathic doctors and herbal science undergrads. She has a special interest in tongue, pulse, and face analysis as they contribute to diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment with botanical medicines. Dr. Nosetti believes our herbal allies provide abundant medicine in our environment. She is passionate about preparing botanical prescriptions that taste good and can be easily incorporated into daily rituals. She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and the American Botanical Council.
