Dr. Jordan Trapp earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona and went on to earn her Doctorate from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She recognizes the need for naturopathic and integrative approaches to medicine and is a firm believer in the core naturopathic principles, Tolle causam and Tolle totum. These principles translate to finding and treating the cause and treating the whole person.
Dr. Trapp does not believe in treating a list of symptoms. Rather, she works to determine the root cause, treat as necessary, and prevent future illnesses. She understands that health is not merely physical but also includes mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Dr. Trapp is willing to explore all avenues of health and is committed to helping her patients become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
Dr. Trapp has special interests in autoimmune conditions, chronic illness, and integrative oncology. She has completed over 100 preceptorship hours with integrative oncologists, was a co-researcher on multiple integrative cancer studies, and hopes to become a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology in the future.
In her spare time, Dr. Trapp enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her dog Cooper.
