Using a webmail signature editor instead? Copy the HTML code
Apple Mail doesn't need this, paste normally there. But some webmail editors (Gmail via add-ons, Outlook on the web, Zoho) have a </> HTML or source code button. Click it, then paste this code:
How to add it in Apple Mail (Mac)
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Apple Mail, choose Mail → Settings (older Macs: Preferences) from the menu bar, then click the Signatures tab.
- Select your Holistique account in the left column, then click the + button to add a signature and give it a name.
- Uncheck Always match my default message font at the bottom, otherwise the formatting and logo are stripped.
- Click in the signature box on the right, select any placeholder text, and paste (⌘V). Your signature with the logo should appear.
- At the bottom, set Choose Signature to this one so it's used for new emails and replies. Close the window, no save button needed.
If the logo doesn't appear, make sure you're online (it loads from holistique.com), then paste again. Set this up on your Mac; with iCloud enabled, the signature syncs to Mail on your iPhone and iPad automatically.
On Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho webmail instead? Use Copy signature and paste directly into that app's signature setting; if it lands as plain text, use the Copy the HTML code option above.
