Acupuncture is a part of Chinese Medicine that incorporates the use of sterilized needles inserted into the body at specific points to stimulate healing in a complete and systematic way. At Holisitique, acupuncture is blended with the understanding of western medical science and homeopathic diagnosis. This allows us to provide an experience of acupuncture that is truly unique to our clinic.
Backed by decades of medical research and peer-reviewed studies, the Ballancer®Pro offers a profound lymphatic drainage experience.
The patented Pre-Therapy® cycle delivers a preparatory massage of the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes in the proximal areas near the core of the body. This gentle, relaxing massage drains the lymph nodes that are generally filled with fluid first, and paves the way for an enhanced circulation of lymph. As the sequence progresses, it begins the compression moving from the extremities up into the thoracic area.
Precisely calibrated proprietary programs include:
Wave cycle: a long, deep and slow sequential massage, especially suitable for quick recovery after exercise or when experiencing “heavy legs” or pain.
Ballancer® cycle: short, superficial, and fast peristaltic massage.
Pretherapy® cycle: stimulation of the lymph nodes in the groin or armpit (proximal areas)
The bones of the cranium and the pelvis must move just like the vertebrae of the spine. When they become fixated as a result of birth trauma, head trauma, infections, dental issues, etc, the flow of the spinal fluid weakens, causing dysregulation of the nervous system, mood, immune function, pain, digestive symptoms, and lymphatic flow, for example.
We use this modality on most of our patients to help them with recovery. This modality is recognized as a physiological relationship to several systems but specifically to the central nervous system, autonomic system, neuro-musculoskeletal system, and endocrine system. This is one of the most gentle treatments and is highly recommended for use on infants, highly sensitive, fragile, and/or older adults where more aggressive treatments would be contraindicated.
Cold laser therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive and non-toxic treatment method that utilizes light energy to stimulate cellular function. The therapy has been shown to promote cellular regeneration and enhance collagen production, which can aid in tissue repair. Additionally, cold laser therapy can improve blood flow and circulation, which may further enhance the healing process.
When tissue is injured, the body's resources are often diverted toward fighting inflammation and infection, which can leave very little energy available for the cells to repair themselves. Cold laser therapy can help to provide the cells with the energy they need to regenerate and heal, which can speed up the recovery process.
Hot and cold temperatures of water have played a role in healing for centuries. Hot towels alternating with cold applied with electrostimulation simultaneously have been used historically in the treatment of IBS and digestive disorders, immune dysfunction, general well-being, chronic pain, fatigue, debilitating conditions, lymphatic conditions, and nervous system support to provide re-establishment of function and general relaxation.
A specific type of emotional release therapy, called Klear Therapy developed by Dr. Darvish, allows the clearing of deeply seeded emotional blockages and disturbances. Such blockages often interfere with the nervous system and cause chronic pain and chronic disease. By releasing cellular memory of inherited and acquired emotional and energetic toxins, health is often restored and pain is resolved.
Using iontophoresis technology, our professional system creates gentle and strong electrically charged water that attracts opposite-charged ions within the feet. Gravity pulls toxins down towards the feet into the pores of the sweat glands of the skin. Each type of toxin may have different electrical charges. Iontophoresis may release some of these electrical charges through the pores of the skin into the water encouraging a lower toxic load. This technology has been used for people with hyperhidrosis to reduce excessive sweating in the body.
The lymphatic system carries toxins away from tissues. Viruses, molds, metals, etc can place extra load on the lymphatic system creating lymphatic congestion. Lymphatic massage is a specialized form of massage that helps improve lymphatic flow and “unclog” blockages within the lymph system to improve vitality and health.
Choose from Sports Massage, Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Relaxation massage, and Lymphatic massage, or allow our massage therapist (acupuncture and massage dual licensed) to use her magical hands with or without acupuncture to meet your body’s physical and energetic needs.
Myofunctional therapy is an exercise training program for the muscles around the face, mouth, and tongue. It is designed to help jaw, and facial strengthening along with airway, headache, and sleep support. This is used in conjunction with vagus nerve evaluation and rehabilitation.
NCR aims to gain a controlled release of the connective tissue tensions using a combination of physical manipulation and intracranial hydraulic pressure. Some of the pathologies that are helped by this treatment include the following: Reduction in sinus congestion, enhanced mental function and clarity, reduced jaw pain, reduced neck and back pain, and abnormal spinal curvature to name a few pathologies that can be supported by this modality.
Ondamed is a machine that provides sound frequencies along with weak pulsed electromagnetic frequencies to balance and support the various functions of the body. Relaxation, muscle re-education, rehabilitation, and a state of general wellness are produced as a result.

Massage of the acupressure points on the feet provides stimulation and relaxation of various organ systems through the reflex points.
Sacral-Occipital Technique seeks to correct abnormalities in the spine that produce back, upper and lower extremities (arms and legs) pain, headaches, and dizziness. Patients suffering from migraines, neck, upper back, and shoulder pain, fatigue, and nervous disorders can benefit immediately from the Sacral occipital technique.
The spine is a critical structure that plays a vital role in supporting our bodies and protecting our nervous system. To function optimally, the spine must be maintained in proper alignment and mobility. However, years of poor posture, injury, or other factors can sometimes result in a misaligned spine or restricted mobility.
Spinal manipulation is a form of manual therapy that involves the adjustment of spinal joint segments or the soft tissue that supports the spine. This technique is used to restore proper alignment and mobility to the spine, thereby improving its function and reducing associated pain or discomfort.
The vagus nerve is one of the most important cranial nerves that represents the main component of the parasympathetic nervous system (calming; relaxation), which oversees a vast array of crucial bodily functions, including control of mood, immune response, digestion, and heart rate. A technique in maxillofacial therapy is utilized to work with the face, especially the eyes, ears, nose (sinus cavity), and mouth. Gentle treatment is used to ameliorate major trauma and structural anomalies of the face that directly impacts the vagal nerve function.
Used in conjunction with pelvic floor rehabilitation - Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual technique involving specific placement of soft manual forces to encourage the normal mobility, tone, and motion of the viscera (internal organs) and the connective tissue and ligaments that support each organ onto our skeleton.
