Natural aesthetic medicine involves the treatment, improvement, and enhancement of the appearance of skin and physical structures of the face and body. The skin and physical beauty are the reflection of health and wellness internally and contribute significantly to emotional wellness.

The first step in any natural aesthetic treatment is healing and optimizing the inner body through a personalized holistic treatment plan, addressing root causes, correcting imbalances, and stimulating cellular regeneration.

What Techniques Do We Use in Natural Aesthetics?

We use specialized regenerative techniques including mesotherapy, ozone injections, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) facelift/facial, v-shots with or without low level laser, non-surgical breast lift, regenerative stem cell therapies, peptide therapies and exosomes along with laser light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and lymphatic drainage.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Darvish, was one of the first in the Pacific Northwest to be trained on these non-surgical regenerative procedures in early 2000. Recently, she was awarded Top Medical Director in Regenerative Medicine.

PRP Hair/Scalp

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) can be an effective therapy for hair loss and autoimmune alopecia Areata. PRP is a key part of the program we use to aid in hair regrowth. PRP contains growth factors and stem cells derived from your own blood and then re-injected back into your scalp. The treatment takes only 10-15 minutes and is extremely safe.

At Holistique, peptides, ozone, and stem cells along with oral and IV nutrients and hormone balancing, and gut microbiome therapy may be used concurrently to activate further hair growth and address the root cause(s) of hair loss. healing.

PRP Breast Lift

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is used to create a natural breast lift and rejuvenation. PRP stimulates collagen regeneration; thereby, strengthening and restoring the skin, the muscles, and the fascia of the breast. The therapy may be healing to stretch marks, enhance the color and vitality of skin, and stimulating mild-moderate enlargement and lift. Women suffering from a loss of nipple sensation, often get their sensation back. Those suffering from complications of surgical breast implants may observe a mild correction.

Peptides, ozone, and stem cells along with hormone therapy may be used for further breast rejuvenation.

Ozone Aesthetics

Ozone may be injected into the skin when conditions of cellulitis, facial wrinkles, droopy saggy skin, skin discolorations, or scars are present.

Peptide Facial Therapy

Peptides are chains of amino acids, such as GHK-Cu, a complex copper peptide. This peptide along with other peptides may be used topically alone or in conjunction with other regenerative therapies to heal skin, soften fine lines and rejuvenate the skin naturally.

Ballancer Pro Lymph Compression

The Ballancer®Pro offers a relaxing, research-backed lymphatic drainage experience. Its patented Pre-Therapy® cycle prepares lymph nodes near the body’s core, enhancing circulation as gentle compression moves from extremities to the thorax. Programs include:

  • Wave cycle: deep, slow massage for recovery or “heavy legs.”

  • Ballancer® cycle: fast, superficial peristaltic massage.

  • Pre-Therapy® cycle: stimulates lymph nodes in the groin or armpits.

Cellulite Therapy and Spider Veins Therapy

Ozone injections may be applied in conditions of cellulite, accumulated fat, and spider veins.

Small amounts of low oxygen-ozone concentrations injected into fat cells, cellulite, and spider veins oxygenate the tissues locally. Oxygenation of cells helps improve skin quality, reduce inflammation, tighten skin, and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Laser light therapy

Topical laser light therapy at various frequencies is used to improve the quality and appearance of skin. Research is promising in supporting the regeneration of collagen & skin, softening pigmentation of skin and quality, and healing of scars and acne.
